OEM Capability

We own one 26,000 m2 standard workshop, its automation rate is above 90% with potential daily capacity of RMB 10 million. Now it mainly produces soap, toothpaste, fluid wash, dishware wash,bath powder, etc, adopting the most advanced straight line management from raw material pre-storage, production, packing towarehouse storage.

Soap Workshop, occupies 2620m2, produces scent soap and laundry soap. It owns 4 shaped lines,2 automatic packing machines, 2 man-made packing lines, the one to three shaped machine can produce over 160 pieces per minute, now its output is around 120 million pieces per year and the capacity can reach 150 million pieces after all machines put into production.

Toothpaste workshop, 2128m2 area, with three paste machines, 5 filling & packing lines with all stainless pipeline, can produce 150 million pieces per year and its output may reach 200 million pieces after all machines put into production.

Shampoo & Bath lotion workshop, 1258m2 area, produces shampoo and bath lotion, with three 2000kg and one 3000kg kettle reactors and four 8 head filling lines, annual capacity reaches 2 million cartons, has totally realized automatism from feed, filling, packing, character jet, shrinkage to finished product.

Dishware wash workshop, 1362m2 area, with 2 sets of digital control production equipments for scour and one eight head filling line, annual capacity is 1.1 million cartons.

Baby powder workshop, 759.5m2 area, it owns 2 mixed machines, 2 high speed disintegrators, 4 filling machines, 1 character jet machine, 2 combination lines, 1 oven and 1 dust catcher, annual capacity is 0.8million cartons.
